We tried Taki Ramen, today, and I absolutely enjoyed our entire experience!! We had no idea what to choose so out waitress (who was super friendly, helpful and awesome!) gave us some recommendations and one of the chefs, gave us samples of the broths to help us decide which flavors we'd enjoyed. It was worth every penny and we will definitely be returning!
Not only does Taki Ramen offer great food, they provide the BEST customer service! We dined with them with a family member who requires Gluten Free food choices and their entire staff went above and beyond to ensure he was able to enjoy a meal with us that worked with his GF sensitivities. We are thankful for the kindness shown by their staff and the excellent service provided!

Taki Ramen Korean & Japanese Kitchen offers delicious food in a cozy environment with amazing service and background music that sets the mood. Popular dishes include udon curry with Chashu, takoyaki appetizer, and Fried tofu ramen, which was warm and tasty despite missing shiitake mushrooms. The restaurant is most excellent; the staff work with excellence and a heart condition, providing excellent food and service above and beyond. This staple of Wichita Falls has fantastic food, fair prices, a great atmosphere, and always excellent service, making it a fun place for lunch or dinner with some of the best ramen. The authentic Japanese techniques create amazing dishes, with a favorite being the Korokke for its crunchy outside and soft inside. Nothing disliked, though it is pricey but absolutely worth the splurge. Great service and great food make this an exception worth returning for.
