“I am REALLY impressed with this place! First off our waitress Keri was EXCEPTIONAL, she was helpful, friendly and really hospitable! The food was quick and hot, the star of our show was the fried mushrooms, they were SO good! The drinks were tasty and the crawfish grilled cheese was yummy! The only downside was the live music was disproportionately loud, I had to wear ear plugs and we had to repeat ourselves while sitting next to each other. The manager worked hard to be accommodating to us, but there wasn't a whole lot to be done. We will definitely be back, but probably not on a night with live music. And we'll definitely ask for Keri!“

“This place is underrated as a pool hall. It has lots of tables, and I didn't have any problem getting one. The price was low, and I hear that they have specials where you can play for free. It's definitely worth visiting.“

“Big Bertha’s Bar & Grill did not disappoint for my first visit there. Brisket was nice and marbled. The ribs were so tasty and juicy. I also tried their sweet corn and fried okra. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their patrons were also helpful in recommending their favorite eats. On a side note..I had ordered the 2 meat plate. The brisket was a little cold upon arrival but when asked how my food was I informed the owner and he made it right immediately. Will definitely visit this establishment again.“

“My husband n I went in for an early dinner . We can not say enough about our server Freddie Lee. He was awesome, he kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed refreshing our drinks, chips, salsa. Was a happy cheerful person He is truly an asset to you restaurant. “Loved this place!! Tyrone was our waiter and he killed it! He was the only waiter on the floor (it was lunch) and he probably had 5-7 tables with at-least 25 people to serve and he handled it like a champ. Even had time to connect with his tables while taking care of everyone! The prices are phenomenal, for 3 adults and 3 kids it was less than $90. The kids portions were huge too! We will definitely be back.“
