I'm not sure how often people review fast food locations, but I thought I would do one on this Jack in the Box. I went through drive through early evening on the Sunday before Memorial Day. There were a few people in the restaurant eating. We ordered easily and moved up to the window. We paid and received the correct order. We live about 15 minutes away from the location and by the time we got home, the food was cold. The spicy crispy sandwich was neither spicy or crispy....

I ordered my food off the Jack in the box app. Easily done and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. My order was done around midnight so that might have affected how fast the food was actually ready. Everything was made to order and was delicious

I had Janice help me with an online order. I believe she was by herself and still went out of her way to help me. I understand a lot of people only do reviews to make a complaint but I just wanted her management to know that she was very sweet and helpful. Hopefully this jack in the box gets more employees so they can be fully staffed at night.
