La Casita Tex-Mex Restaurant

When there the first time Last Thursday I was the only one there about 4:30 pm I order the carnita enchiladas refried all refried beans
I order a glass of water but I got bottled water instead. I can't believe they charge $1.00 for distilled water!!! so when my food came it was cold and I will not eat cold food I told the waiter about it you won't believe what he did he took his finger and stuck it in my enchilada and he stated it wasn't cold can you take it back and bring it back hot call Told him put cheese on top of the refried beans I was totally and shocked because our family has had two Mexican restaurants here in Texas one in California. I don't think he knows what the law states when you are handling food you don't stick your fingers into people's food that is unsanitary of course I didn't eat that one I took the other one I had left home I had called there to the manager because the waiter does not want me to speak to him for he does not want him to know what he did to my food that is a health violation what he did now I am scared to go back there after he reads this they do have the best food around here in Willis I am very picky about what Mexican restaurants I go to and I was raised differently on my mother's cooking I was really hoping to go back there cuz I really enjoyed the food the chips were good the sauces were good but you you don't stick your finger into people's food the health department and file a complaint but I wanted to talk to the owner about it and I'll continue to get ahold of him so he can understand the situation. Also when you receive your check it just has the amount doesn't show charges of the distilled water or the extra cheese on my refrie beans but I think this place doesn't really care because they have a high rating of five stars

My husband and had lunch at La Casita today and it was absolutely amazing 😍...I had the fajitas (highly recommended) and my hubby had the fajitas nachos in which he said, they were the BEST he ever had. And don't get me started on how reasonable the prices are, this is definitely a must try location!!! Thank you for a great lunch and we'll be back...

Came in this morning with my fiancée for an early lunch. We were seated immediately and ate very well for very reasonably priced quality food. The owner was very friendly and enthusiastic. We will be back!
