“I’m a loyal fan of MOD Pizza for its delicious food and exceptional service, and Jocelyn is a shining example of what service should be—friendly, attentive, and personable. She made us feel valued as customers, and her service was hands down the highlight of our visit.

However, the restaurant’s cleanliness was unacceptable. Tables were unclean, the trash near the drink machine was overflowing, and the floor was littered with debris. The bathroom had no paper towels, which further emphasized a lack of attention to basic upkeep. When I asked for a rag to wipe down our table, I was handed a dry cloth with no cleaner and no offer to clean the table. Ultimately, I hoped the employee would offer to wipe it down but no avail. For a brand that prides itself on quality, I expected better.

I decided to visit First Watch early the next day. While waiting, I noticed the outdoor trash was still overflowing, and the entrance door was smudged with fingerprints. I share this with the hope that management will address these issues, as they undermine the otherwise fantastic dining experience that Jocelyn provided while making our pizzas.

“Really wanted pizza, really didn’t want to drive very far. Which totally worked out in my favor!! This was my first time ordering from Original Italian Pizza and I was not disappointed! I ordered a large Margherita pizza and fried mushrooms. My order was ready when I arrived, and still hot when I got home. The fried mushrooms had a thicker coating than I typically like, but these were good and I could taste the mushrooms in every bite, and You can’t go wrong with ranch. I appreciated the option to choose hand tossed or thin crust and went with thin. I was pleased when I opened the box and found 8 large slices of pizza! Some of the larger chains tend to cut up thin crust pizza in those little squares. Well this is not one of those larger chains, it’s so much better. One of the best Margherita pizzas I’ve ever had! And my Dads a New Yorker so I’ve been eating good pizza all my life. I ate until I was full and am looking forward to the leftovers, in fact, I might just go eat another piece now after I post this. Definitely found a new customer in me and I will recommend to my friends!!“

“Ordered pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread last night. I was so impressed with the cheesy bread: perfectly seasoned, soft and delivered piping hot in no time at all. The pepperoni pizza was delish too and loaded with 2 kinds of pep. The whole experience, from app ordering to delivery of a hot, fresh, cooked to perfection meal was 5 stars! People if you haven't tried Marco's in Willis you're really missing out!“
