Rude, indifferent young man working the register. I asked about gluten free pizza and was up charged over $2 for it.When I inquired about the difference in the published price and the price I was being charged, I was met with a disgusted look and sarcasm in his answer. I didn’t see the additional charge listed on the menu.I canceled my order and left. Won’t ever go back.

The men's room wasn't working, and since the restrooms individually lock, the other restroom could have been made to simply be a restroom that occupants can lock while in use making it first come first serve. The manager and staff did not care,and the guys could not wash their hands or go to the restroom. Unsanitary and creating health code violations. If they don't care about sanitation, be careful.

Each time I've ordered from this Schlotskys, it seems like I've gotten the wrong order. It happened last night, too, and I drove home before I found it. I will say, I'm not upset about having to go back & it was good grub, but maybe you guys need to mark each thing being bagged? If I lived farther away, I might be a bit perturbed. I will say, though, that the 2 young ladies working last night were great at customer service.

Yall cannot get orders right. This is my 3rd time at this location in the past month. You forgot something on the sandwhich EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today I told them extra onions and he responded extra lettuce? I responded with no I said extra onions. Low and behold I get home and there are NO onions and only lettuce...and of course EXTRA lettuce. This team really needs to pay attention to detail and/or listen when I'm paying $14 for a small sandwhich meal that has never been right.

Whomever was working yesterday around 6pm made the best turkey avocado sandwich I have eaten from there. What was supposed to be cold was cold (onion, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado) and what was supposed to be hot was hot. It was even made nicely. It was so perfect I had to call and tell them they did a great job. So thanks again for the ones that where responsible for serving such a good sandwich.

Asked for an original. It's the only sandwich I ever buy at Schlotskies because it is my favorite. He rang up a turkey original. I didn't notice till he brought my food. I returned it saying he rang up my order wrong. He argued saying he knows I said turkey original. Again, I never would have ordered that. But he argued with me like I was trying to get over on him. But how could I? The sandwich I ordered was a dollar cheaper than the one he charged me for. Maybe if he took his earphones out of his ears when he's working, he could hear the order right and not feel the need to argue with customers about what they ordered.
