Placed an online order for delivery at 3-5pm. After paying and placing the order, we noticed that their system changed the delivery time from 3-5pm to 9-11pm without asking us. We called Kroger about the issue. They reviewed everything and, without exception, cancelled the order without resolving the issue and told us, "Oh, you will need to place the order again." We always enjoy our visits with you. Everything is nicely organized and clean, and we never buy anything anywhere else. One thing that we have been missing is your frozen yogurt. I love to buy several half gallon type sizes of different flavors so that we can mix up our evenings and enjoy different flavors together.

The new mobile order and pick up option makes it convenient, especially since it's located inside a Kroger with ample parking. Despite being a bit overpriced and having a small parking lot, the friendly and fast service makes it worth an occasional visit, like catching up with an old friend.
