They don't know how to follow instructions. I've told them extra seasoning on the fries several times which I pay for but they just don't seem to understand what that means. My fries had no seasoning. Very disappointing.
The service was perfect, they treated me with kindness and they helped me pick out my flavors by recommending what was good. The store was clean and the food was packed nicely. The bag had my name on it and it was sealed amazingly.
