McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers an app ordering service, but some customers have experienced issues with receiving their orders. While some reviews highlight that this location is among the top 5 McDonald's, with quick service and correct orders, others mention that the drive-through service can be annoying and slow. The staff may not always pay attention to details, leading to mistakes in orders. The restaurant's lunch service has been inconsistent, with errors in calling out orders and providing incorrect information. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant have received mixed feedback, with complaints about dirty bathrooms and a lack of amenities for kids. The food is described as average, with some customers appreciating the sweet tea, but the service and employee attitudes remain a concern.
