Subway is a restaurant with a clean and organized dining area. The staff, with some exceptions, provide good service and make amazing sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Some employees have shown a negative attitude, but there are also friendly team members who go above and beyond. For instance, the guy with the snake tattoo and the short lady with the ponytail and glasses made sandwiches perfectly and were very nice. Additionally, a lady in the drive-thru named MJ helped a customer who ordered at the wrong location, showing great customer service. However, there have been mixed experiences, as one customer received a microwaved sandwich instead of a toasted one. Despite some issues, the restaurant serves good food and has team members who are dedicated to providing a positive experience.
