Plenty of parking on either side of the restaurant but haphazard and not well marked. Go inside and order at the cash register then pick your seating inside or out. They'll call your name when your order is ready and might bring it to your table. You can get food to-go. It's a dingy dining experience with wildly overpriced food. I paid 25 for 6 simple, fairly normal-sized breakfast tacos and one small sweet tea. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and it took nearly 20 minutes to get our food. It was delicious! Really good tortillas and the quality was definitely there, but I'm not sure they're worth nearly 4 dollars each.

Ate some the food because I paid for it but was below par for any Mexican food. The picante was good. Not having been in there before, I did not know there procedure for receiving my food after ordering at the counter. I ask a couple of easy & quick questions. Unfortunately, the waitress was short, as if I should have known, then turned around and walked away without explaining. I simply wanted to know the size of picante so I knew whether to get a small or large & if I waited on my food or they brought it to my table. Simple questions should have been simple answers. Much better choices in town.

My wife and I have been coming out to wimberley for years and always go to the cafe for breakfast. We decided to try something different this trip and ended up at Mimas.
The food was DELICIOUS. I got the kitchen sink (eggs, potatoes, chorizo and cheese served with a side of tortillas) and my wife had a breakfast combo plate with pancakes. Every single item was excellent. Service was fine - it’s counter service. Prices are really fair.
Bacon egg cheese potato bean breakfast tacos were 10/10. Salsa bar has great salsas and fresh pico.

The food was awesome and I love their breakfast taco's!!! I usually get bacon, cheese, egg, and potato. It is delicious and I would love eating here everyday but I can't. The service is pretty good and the atmosphere is fine! Would recommend!
