The food! The food was awesome! The service was very welcoming and detailed. The atmosphere was more along the lines of an older crowd but very comfortable to just sit and enjoy that awesome food. 👌
My wife and I have been coming out to wimberley for years and always go to the cafe for breakfast. We decided to try something different this trip and ended up at Mimas.
The food was DELICIOUS. I got the kitchen sink (eggs, potatoes, chorizo and cheese served with a side of tortillas) and my wife had a breakfast combo plate with pancakes. Every single item was excellent. Service was fine - it’s counter service. Prices are really fair.

The food was awesome and I love their breakfast taco's!!! I usually get bacon, cheese, egg, and potato. It is delicious and I would love eating here everyday but I can't. The service is pretty good and the atmosphere is fine! Would recommend!
