So I came here with my boyfriend after we got done running errands. We were starving so we got 2 pizzas AND breadsticks. Excited to eat, we unpacked it once at home. I went for the breadsticks first, to my surprise they were black. I mean black. I saved them for a whole week to bring and show the manager because I was in utter shock that between the 5 people working that night (maybe 7pm,) they all sent it out and no one said anything. I have never seen such burnt breadsticks in my life and I used to work at a pizza hut..

The pizza was really good, and the service was extremely fast. I’m not sure why there are all these low star reviews. We ordered a pizza on August 22 and it was delicious and the service was efficient and friendly. I haven’t eaten in Pizza Hut in maybe 10 years, but I’m back to being a customer after today’s experience. Well done Pizza Hut Wimberly.
Ordered pizzas for a birthday party - the young lady who took the order the night before, was very courteous and informative. When we arrived the next day for pickup, the pizzas were ready right on time. This was the best pizza I have had in a really long time! One of the few places that still has a dining room and it was nice a spacious if you would want to dine in. Thank you to the crew for a great meal!

This is an old school dine in Pizza Hut, kind of rare nowadays. The pizza was pretty standard for Pizza Hut but the wings were awesome. Pizza Hut wings are kind of a sleeper, way better than you think they would be at a chain faster food joint. They were big and had plenty of sauce. The lady who helped me knew her regulars well and was very friendly. I love when certain locations of chain restaurants shine like this one did. It just goes to show that even with the exact same food, a place can be better than it's peers.

It is Pizza Hut. Good pizza. Staff was courteous. Quick service. Not much to their dining room, very bare bones. About a half dozen tables.

Front desk/ cashier seemed to be Completely incapable, Could not make change for cash...wtf. needs better training, at the least or more capable, reliable crew members.
Otherwise, great place.

My husband called to order pizza for my family as we were tired and willing to pay the extra cost for delivery. The special of the day was a large 3-topping pizza, so he ordered two. For the first pizza, he requested half pepperoni and half cheese, which left two toppings unused. He asked if those toppings could be applied to the second pizza, since we were already paying for them.
However, the employee informed me that the system wouldn’t allow it, which was understandabel. I then asked if he could simply instruct the cook to add the toppings to the second pizza, a simple request I’ve seen done before as a courtesy when I worked at Pizza Hut.
Unfortunately, the employee refused, stating it wasn’t possible and it’s not his responsibility to tell the cook…
Due to his laziness and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request, I will never go to Pizza Hut again. They won’t be getting any of my money in the future, and frankly, this employee should be fired for his lack of customer service. I ended up purchasing pizza at HEB for half the price and with less hassle.
People are pretty much cool for the most part. But they switched their ingredients or something because now the pizza just taste like ass…
