My husband called to order pizza for my family as we were tired and willing to pay the extra cost for delivery. The special of the day was a large 3-topping pizza, so he ordered two. For the first pizza, he requested half pepperoni and half cheese, which left two toppings unused. He asked if those toppings could be applied to the second pizza, since we were already paying for them.
However, the employee informed me that the system wouldn’t allow it, which was understandabel. I then asked if he could simply instruct the cook to add the toppings to the second pizza, a simple request I’ve seen done before as a courtesy when I worked at Pizza Hut.
Unfortunately, the employee refused, stating it wasn’t possible and it’s not his responsibility to tell the cook…
Due to his laziness and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request, I will never go to Pizza Hut again. They won’t be getting any of my money in the future, and frankly, this employee should be fired for his lack of customer service. I ended up purchasing pizza at HEB for half the price and with less hassle.

Food was not ready on time, which is fine. I was patient and waited. But then when I asked for crushed red pepper to go with my $40 order, they said it’s an extra charge. Never had a Pizza Hut or any pizza place charge for crushed red pepper or cheese. This was after I tipped in the app.

What is this exactly. I got a dough ball pizza. Tossed the entire thing. No ranch which was ordered. No marinara, which was ordered. Glad you can waste my money to make a profit. If it’s happened to me this many times, it’s happened to a bunch of other people. You lost my business. Thanks for the form letter. You’ve now lost my business forever.

Pizza is really good!The service is very poor, the kids working here need to be more enthusiastic, offer options to clients when you order specially if you're dine in.We have been here twice and it is the time we have to leave the table and ask for plates!I'll suggest to have the pizza served in a pizza stand!
