Really good. I liked the empanadas, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, beef quesadilla. I think I liked everything I ate.The folks working were friendly, they cooked everything to order. Highly recommend.

I don’t give many five star reviews but this places deserves it.My review is based on the tacos because I don’t get much else. With that said I’ll make three recommendations you should try.1) grilled shrimp tacos on flour tortillas2) grilled fish tacos on flour3) fajitas beef on double corn (trust me on the double corn).You won’t be disappointed. They also have good Mexican rice and shrimp basket.

So good!!! We just left this place for lunch. We are traveling in an RV and drove through town and decided to stop in here. I’m glad we did!! Everyone there was so incredibly sweet and friendly. The food was fantastic! The vibe of the restaurant reminded us of a little place in Mexico, which is a high compliment for us! We tried a bunch of items, chips and queso, Caribbean ceviche, grilled fish taco, grilled shrimp taco, fried shrimp taco and Mexican rice. All was fantastic! I would certainly go back and they gave us suggestions for next time we stop in. I would be here often if I lived here!! Just a great place!

Literally the BOMB! I got grilled shrimp tacos on flour.. my BF got them on corn and we both devoured them! Got some ceviche Togo as well to try out. 10/10 recommend

Best fresh tacos in Texas. I am really glad that I turned around to enjoy this place. Great atmosphere and decor, I also enjoyed talking with the owners. They were happy to make what I wanted and were very accommodating. I'm sure all of the menu options are just as delightful as what I enjoyed. There is a pick-up window for carryout as well. Highly recommended! ?
Vegetarian options: All of the ingredients were very fresh. I got avocado as well, and it was like they just ripened that day.

Absolutely blown away ?! Surprising delicious takes on foods, with a super friendly staff and spotless eye for cleanliness. The shrimp were crisp on the outside, imaginatively seasoned and juicy on the inside. Really such a lovely surprise!!

The only negative it is in Winnie which is 60 miles away. I love you Finny......She has a lot of pride in her food and it shows. Went here on a recommendation from a friend.

Wanted our usual Mexican place in Winnie but they were closed so we came here based solely on the google reviews + that they were open.Y’all. This food is so good. No Sysco frozen food - it’s all handmade, hand breaded and so beyond delicious. My fave was the grilled fish and shrimp tacos but the kids loved the chicken tenders, fried fish torta & fried shrimp taco. We had everything like it comes and it was all perfect.Order a side of habanero salsa if you like spice. Or cilantro cream - like a creamy cilantro ranch - not spicy and DELISH! Home of the most nondescript signage and BEST tacos.

If I could eat at Chef Finny's every day I would. We only had time to dine at this small restaurant twice during our trip. They serve the best fish tacos and Caribbean rice. Chef Finny told us about this coconut chicken soup off the menu and it was simply divine! Everything tasted so fresh and with the open kitchen we could see them prepared with so much love and care. I still think about this place. Can't wait to come back!

All the food we tried was INSANELY AMAZING! The food coming out of this tiny restaurant is a MUST TRY! Let me first say, the name is misleading & should state “gourmet Caribbean food”. This is not a taco truck or another fast food joint. Not even close!We had the empanadas, ceviche, 3 fish & shrimp tacos, the Caribbean rice & 2 teas, all for under $40!. Each dish just as amazing as the next. My husband is not a big seafood person and never tried ceviche before eating here & he couldn’t get enough! Of all of it! The Chef is amazing and brought our food out to our table on beautiful ceramic plates and conversed with us quite a bit. If there were a rating for 6 stars, I would eagerly give them all!Do yourself a favor & put this on your list of restaurants to try! Weekdays only ? Did I say AMAZING?!? ???
