We will never go back to Lercys.When you order food there is one thing you're doing, ordering your self ,the employee is putting the food in a a plate which is that person's job.When you have a hard time understanding what someone is saying is tough too and you have to repeat yourself a couple of times,here's the real kicker,when you get to the end to pay for the food the employee just gave you in a line,they say that a tip is demanded now,Really???So my husband says no and the woman at the register had to ask the owner who was serving if it was ok to let him go without tipping!!!He said yes otherwise that food would still be sitting there.You have lost my buisness for good.I made a comment about Lercys 5 years ago but you were not the owners.I've been a customer there since Eileen and Lercy had it but when you demand that any customer give you a tip that you're already getting paid for,then no,you are not a waitress and the cafeteria style servers are not waitresses either.Your chicken fried steak was very tough and your prices should suffice your employees paychecks! Tipping is the choice of each and every customer, not a demanded thing.By Lercys.We won't return.
Do you like simple but amazing country food? Well lercys is ur little hidden gem u wanna be sure to hit up! They are only open during the week and from about 11am-3pm. Sometimes there is a line that goes outside, but once u taste the food u soon see why! Absolutely love the owners who are local and all their staff is amazing and so well organized! Hands down my favorite spot in Winnie to eat!

Highly recommend! I called first to make sure we had room to park our trailer coming home from the coast. The manager was super friendly and told me exactly where to go to have plenty of room to park. We had 17 people in our party and they got us food and seated within 20 minutes. The food was delicious! Country cooking from the hot table that my husband got and no complaints! I got one of the burgers and it was honestly probably the best burger I’ve ever had! The restaurant itself reminded me of my great-great grandparents! Super cute and brought back lots of memories! Can’t wait to stop here again in the future! EAT HERE! You will not be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Super accommodating to my starving 3 year old, let her have her mac and cheese first before her grilled cheese came out of the kitchen.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and the manager checked all of the bread and bun bag labels to make sure there wasn’t any allergens
