“I’ve been to several Pizza Inns. This one, by far, is the best one yet. The pizza on the buffet was fresh and constantly rotated. We were traveling through on fire department business and they cooked any pizza we requested. The only thing better than the food was the customer service. We were treated like family. The bacon cheeseburger and BBQ chicken pizza was A1 excellent! If you are hungry and in Winnsboro, stop in. The place is clean and there are a lot of items on the salad bar.“

“Ok, so this review is LONG overdue.
Back in December 2025 (a few months ago) my children and I were about to cook up some food at home, but then the power went out for the entire neighborhood. So what's the next best thing to do for dinner? Well, ORDER DOMINOS, of course! So I did just that!
I placed an online order with this location for my children and I so that we can eat dinner. The order went through online. Long story short, this store location was just barely out of bounds for my delivery address. For some reason, the online app still let the order go through, eventhough it was just barely out of bounds for our closest store.
So then the store manager called, and told me that unfortunately he could not fulfill the online order to my delivery address. I told them we didn't have any power on our street, and that I didn't have a car, so that's why I was ordering food from their establishment, but told him that I completely understand why they couldn't deliver. ( I made no fuss about it. It wasn't their fault for why the dominos app still accepted our order for delivery to an outofbounds address.) The manager apologized again for the inconvenience, I thanked him for his time, and the order was then canceled. That was that.
SUDDENLY, I get a text from the store manager... he said that he would send a driver out to my location with my order FOR FREE, just because of the inconvenience... I was absolutely SHOCKED! I offered to still pay for the meal, but it was already canceled by that point. I tipped the delivery driver, and I was in tears afterwards. I'm from the Dallas Ft Worth area, and I'm not used to this kind of generous behavior. I honestly didn't know when the power was going to be turned back on and I didn't know when we were gonna be able to eat. (Power didnt turn back on until late that same night.)
So THANK YOU to that store manager for having a heart of gold, and THANK YOU to his store team mates for showing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and for treating us like human beings, instead of just #'s on a paycheck.
I want The Domino's Corperate Office to know that the manager at this location during December 2025 deserves to be recognized and appreciated for his outstanding service and for his teams contributions to the community, as well as for the amazing service that they've provided to the Domino's Company.
Because of them, I'll be a returning customer FOR LIFE!!!“
