Loved it all! I was in town for business and the client suggested we go to Evie Mae's. I figured it'd be ok. I can be a bit picky with bbq. First off, it's busy. They had beer to sample while you waited. I didn't try it but thought it was a cool touch. We decided to get a family meal and share. Most tender brisket I have ever eaten. I tried the turkey, burnt ends, brisket, and ribs. Next time, I'm getting straight brisket, and maybe a couple of ribs. It's not something I should be eating every day, but I could.

Cool BBQ atmosphere! Waited in line about 30 mins. Got the family meal. We had brisket, ribs, turkey, chicken and sausage. Sides collared greens, baked potato casserole, jalapeño corn. Sides were good but small portions. Meats were good. Brisket a little dry. Overall a good meal.
