“The turkey, brisket, ribs and sausage are delicious. Between 3 of us we had these meats, plus onion rings, pinto beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. Delicious and the portions are very generous. This was the first visit, but not the last!“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We got the combo plate with Brisket and Ribs. Both were very good and tender. The ribs fell off the bone. The potato salad was delicious and the pinto bean were wonderful. If we are ever in the area we will definitely go back. We were just passing through Lubbock and found this great place. We enjoyed visiting with the owner. He is a great man!!! Highly recommend to anyone living in the area or just passing through.“

“BEWARE!!!!!! The last 2 Sundays I had gone in a did the grab and go and used the cashier at the front of the store. Blondie with then sleeve tattoo likes to tip herself without giving the customer the chance to consent. Once you swipe your card, it looks like it bypasses the tip screen, when in actuality she is primed when you swipe your card and tips herself for you. Confirmed by a tip showing up on the screen. Not about the money, but the principle.“

“Went with my family for some great live music. The bouncer, Ty (I think!), was absolutely adorable. Such a nice guy. Our waitress was Paige, and she was absolutely precious. She waited on us to death, and I’m so very grateful for her great service! The food was delicious and really decent prices, too. It stayed busy the entire afternoon which is a great sign. I’ll definitely be going back.“

“Had my birthday lunch from the food here and I must say it was delicious and fresh ..we loved the beans were on point and hottt potato salad was good and omggg the BBQ sandwiches were amazing good .....very good had the BBQ craving and this helped with it 🤣😅😋😋it was good“

“The sweet potato was excellent. But my filet medallions were tough. nothing near the quality we're used to at TRH. Normally the meat is usually excellent. these tasted that something fishy was used on them. awful.“

“6/4/26 4 of us had lunch. We were all satisfied with our orders and the excellent customer service we received. We eat lunch every week at different places so everyone needs to be satisfied with the food, service, and ability to hold a conversation without shouting over background noise. LH is on our list of places to return. What I loved was they were willing to do rare beef and got it right on the first serve.“
