“I love my Brewed Awakening. It’s the perfect start to every morning. The staff are always so friendly and really make a point to try and remember you so you don’t feel like just another number walking through the door. We had a company holiday party last year and the space was perfect for us. I highly recommend dropping by for a morning or afternoon pick me up.“

“Please reduce the volume of the music. Since its opening last year, the early morning and late-night loud music has been difficult for the neghborhood. While it's certainly better than during the initial promotional month last year, it can still be quite loud, particularly louder on weekends, starting as early as 7 AM. Please keep in mind that this particular location is right next to residential homes, and the noise has been challenging for the residents. It has significantly affected the quality of life in my household and my neighbors. Many people I have talked to seem appreciate your products and service over the past year, but I kindly ask that you consider being a good neighbor by keeping the noise level down. My intention is not to hurt your review, not lowering my rating, but I wanted to communicate this concern.“

“The snow cone had hardly any flavor in it. I got the gummy bear large snowcone and first bite had some flavor look down for another bite and that flavored syrup or juice whatever its called didnt even get passed the top layer. Service was excellent but the snowcone lacked alot of juice.“

The three drinks we ordered;
- Ice Cream Coffee with Tapioca and Coffee Jelly
- Premium Tea, Dong Ding Oolong with ice and no sweet
- Premium Tea, High Mountain Oolong 44oz under room temperature

The manager and employees are really friendly, the lounge area and restroom are neat and clean.

I highly recommend everyone to visit this bubble tea shop.“

“J’s Creamery is a popular spot for a delicious frozen treat. Their concretes are so delicious! The ice cream is custard style and not overly sweet. They have a good variety of flavors and creations. They even have treats for your furry friends.“

“Have visited the new location on Quaker twice now. Both times they were not busy at all and still had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Not a place I'd recommend if you're short on time.“

“The barista was kind and sweet when talked to. She didn't make you feel rushed to get your drink and leave right after. Great drive thru drink spot for a hot chocolate or coffee on a chilly morning. The hot chocolate had a great rich chocolate taste and whipped cream made it creamy. Definitely going to visit when in Lubbock again.“

He went over my order and add ons to make sure it was correct, smiled the entire time and handled multiple cars/orders by himself while his coworker was on break. Such a great experience. We did our gender reveal there a while back and I messaged corporate to tell them how great the crew was how much we appreciated them making this moment so special for us. I got a response back congratulating us and asking for our address so they could send us something. That something turned out to be two custom baby onsies and bib along with a handwritten note and some stickers. They are such a thoughtful company that cares about their employees and customers.
