the environment is kid friendly with smiling faces all around. The waitresses are so sweet and helpful but the food is where it's at. I can tell that the quality of the fish is premium and sushi is just delectable. I will absolutely be coming back
Well I walked in and the was only 3-4 tables in the afternoon. Usually Sunday afternoons are crowded day for restaurants. My waitress Ana was very sweet. She however, didn’t give me the proper preparation on the cucumber salad. It was cucumber crab stick ( very small amount) and a shrimp. I had to send it back when it arrived it was terrible and the redo which is usually made of ponzu sauce, sesame seed oil, romped w sesame seeds. Bluefin is now charging a service fee when you pay with your credit/debit card.
If this continues I will no longer dine in this restaurant. There is a second sushi place that just opened up in Wylie. I will spend my money there because they do not charge me extra to use my credit/debit card.
