We tried out this little gem today and were absolutely not disappointed. They were celebrating their 7th anniversary with a buffet, which meant we got to sample a little bit of everything—and every single bite was delicious. My favorite by far was the brisket lasagna. Hands down the best lasagna I’ve ever had, and it’s only served on Friday nights. If you love BBQ, skip the big-name spots and make the trip to downtown Wylie instead. Bold BBQ Pit will not disappoint.
Service was good and they had good specials. I got the half price spud on Thursdays. Good value for the price. The brisket was a little dry, but that may have just been a one-off. I’d definitely eat here again!
Food is delicious and they have daily specials that make it very affordable for a family compared to most BBQ joints. Your classic meals as well as really creative options too. Plenty of variety for everyone!
