They're skimpy on their toppings, especially if you're little. Not just the guac neither, they short you on the sour cream and cheese too. Leaving your $14 steak burrito tasting like spicy grisselly, cardboard chunks. Barely edible.

Food was delicious. A little pricey at ~$45 for a kid's and two adults' meals with fountain drinks, although portions were a good size. Available seating is limited. Parking near entrance limited. Servers were helpful with helping this noobie place his order.

I am very disappointed in this location. I have been here multiple times and have been disappointed by them each time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt because I know how the food service industry is, but it gets to a point.

Mine and my boyfriend’s orders were less than portionable, even after asking for extra rice, cheese, and fajita veggies. I’ll include a picture of my boyfriend’s bowl which requested extra rice and cheese. I did not get a picture of my own.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has done this. We will not be ordering here anymore.

Went to chipotle tonight, overheard a woman in a collard shirt working behind the counter actively trash talking another employee behind her back. Talking about wanting to fight her. I found her behavior very unprofessional especially when she involved customers in her workplace drama by talking to them about the situation. Very immature!

Spent 50.00 ordering a steak and cheese quesadilla, 4 kids build your own chicken tacos, and a steak bowl. The white rice and cilantro was crunchy, and the meat for all of our meals were COLD, not hot or warm, but COLD. I wished that I'd read the reviews prior to coming because I would've chosen another location. The store was clean and the staff was professional enough for them to earn 2. If I were basing it off of food alone, it would be a zero.

Came home after ordering on the app and picking up in the drive though. Paid for double meat, seems like I got half the meat. Also asked for hot sauce on the side, which ended up inside the paper bag as whoever bagged it didn’t care to check if the lid was closed.

Got home, wet bag ripped and food all over my driveway….

This location was kind of a letdown. The portions were super small compared to other places. I got tacos and there were just a few tiny pieces of toppings, not even enough to fill half the shell. Felt like I barely got anything for what I paid. Other locations definitely give you more.

Normally, I write a lot more detail, but suffice to say that we did a inside pick up of a carry out order. The staff was helpful and we left with a special request which was accommodated. The food was standard chipotle. Really no negative. It was what you should expect from a properly run chipotle restaurant. The ingredients were fresh and correct amounts. I enjoyed my chicken bowl. The other bowl we got was chicken and beef. Everything was fine. Even the guacamole was good.

I’ve been to many other Chipotle locations, but this was my first time at this one—and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I went around 7 PM, right during dinner time, and they were already out of most meats. The carnitas I ordered were completely dried out, like jerky, and the portion was ridiculously small. They also ran out of guacamole and told me I couldn’t order it.

Every staff member looked annoyed and frustrated—not a single one smiled or treated customers with basic courtesy. I added queso, and instead of putting it in the bowl, they gave it to me on the side and still charged me more than the listed price. On top of that, I didn’t even get a receipt.

I’m never coming back to this location again.

One of the worst experiences. Ordered Veggie but no Guacamole in stock but no good service to explain even. As restaurant service they supposedly let us know upfront or make it fulfill of food. Rather explain properly, they requested walks away. Hope less. Please drives further rather use this location.

I know there have been a lot of issues with Chipotle brand and guest satisfaction lately, however, my experience was different. I had the friendliest interaction with one of the workers and he had the most positive attitude. I could tell he was busy but he made sure to greet me and ask how was I doing. that's rare in today's world but it was good to come in, get some decent food, and be treated with respect. Most definitely will be back to this location again.
