My first time eating there and the waiter was a little long to be seated and to get the food, but the place was packed so I understand why. The food!!!! Oh man. Amazing. Best chicken fried steak is ever had since my grandma and mom's cooking. Had a bite of my husband steak and just wooooooooow. Delicious. Our waitress so so nice and friendly, The hostess was as well. If you are looking for some good country home cooking, definitely come here.

We tried this place one evening while in the area and were greeted right away by the hostess who seated us. Our server came and got our drink order and then returned for our food order. Our first trip we ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and my partner ordered the Big Texas BLT. We order Fried Mushrooms and Fried Green Tomatoes. Mary is an excellent server. She is very informed and personable. The only negative I have is the portion size was a little small for the price (fried fish).
Other than that our experience was great.
We look forward to coming back.
