Wife and I ordered take out from you last night. Our meals were basically the same, except I got pulled pork as one of my three meats. I woke up at the crack of dawn, running back and forth to the bathroom. It’s called food poisoning. After reading the latest reviews, you should just close your doors. We will never eat there again!

Stopped in today to pick up food, speaker didn't work so we drove to the window to clarify our. We placed our order and were told they could make the tacos, they didn't have the ingredients so we asked for a menu so we can make another choice we were told they didn't have a menu and she closed the window. It appears this location for Dickies isn't the best to stop.

Attempted to go to the Wylie location earlier this week, but they had sign on the door that they were out of just about every side, so we left. Went back again yesterday, and they had updated out of stock items including paper towels, desserts, large drinks, and several other items. We decided to stay, but shouldn't have. Food was bad, flies around the side items, the sides looked like they had been sitting a long time, gnats around the drink station, ice cream machine didn't work, unfriendly staff, except for the cashier whom was very nice. We have been to this location in the past and it was good. This time was a bad experience. This location looks like it will go out of business fast if things don't change.

Been going to this location since it opened in Wylie. Have always had good experience and the food was always good. In the last month or so don't understand what has happened but seriously questioning if we will ever return after our last dine in visit this week. The meat was not warm, most of the sides were not available and what was there was questionable. Green beans had a film that looked like they'd been there for days. Cold sides where room temperature and no desserts available. Not that this matters but No yellow cups.?? And the place really looked like its on its last leg of being open. But back to experiences. Went there 1 Tuesday to get Bakers and were out of potatoes.. OK it's like the Tuesday special. A few weeks later went to eat inside and there was No one out to serve you. We could hear them laughing from the kitchen so we called out to them a couple times.. no response so left and went down to Firewheel location.. if they don't set up their service other BBQ places are in town to replace them

We love the Dickey’s near downtown Dallas and the one in downtown Plano but this one is closer so we tried it again. The BBQ is definitely more than a step below the originals. The fries were out of a bag not hand cut and mushy. The brisket salty and just kind of meh. The jalapeño sausage had so much jalapeño it was hard to eat. Green beans bland at best. It was more like fast food than Dickey’s.

Not the first time we have had this experience. The next time we are craving Dickey’s we will drive the extra distance or try somewhere else.

Potato was dry but toppings were good. Drive-thru clerk was friendly. Dickeys is charging the customer an add-on fee for their attempt at using earth-friendly products…but served my potato in styrofoam with sauce in plastic containers. $15+ for a baked potato with meat. 😳

Everyone plz be careful when you are using the drive thru and ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT.
I ordered food and the total was 53 and change. I get tot he window and say I'm using Google pay. She brings out the device and tap the screen. I then get a notice I was charges 63 and change. I ask how much was the total and the drive thru lady says do you want your receipt I say yes
I look at saw she charged s 10 dollar tip.
The manager comes to give me the food and I ask do yall charge mandatory tips. She says no and looks back at her employee which she says she didn't charge anything. And then they try to put the blame on me and I said I couldn't have pressed anything. As I tapped the screen.
In the end the manager refunded the 10 dollars. I would of given a tip but I don't like the way the employee just auto added it on

With the rising cost of food today and barbecue being on the higher side of that cost, it is very frustrating when you nickel and dime your patrons. We had a charge of 39 cents for a “renew/recycle program”. This is a bogus charge that you don’t put on your drive through menu. Not sure if this is for the take out styrofoam but that is just a cost of doing business just like paying your sewer bill. I didn’t use your toilet facilities but you have to pay for that. I love Dickeys food but there is a line I think you have crossed. Sadly I don’t intend to darken your doorstep again. You need to concentrate on your customers and stop trying to hit us with all your senseless charges. Like everything else include that in the cost of your food. I realize it’s 39 cents but if 39 cents is so minuscule then eat the cost yourself.

The place is nice, the food is good, the staff, the lady with red hair is quite rude and the man who is serving the meat is also very rude, I went for food, I didn't go to get a gift. I made a call to the owner or administrator. Yes They don't like their job so they should look for another one and not be so rude and despotic.
