The man who works the counter is nice and even throws in some donut holes or a glazws donut. woman at the counter is dis respectful and rushes you out the door. couldn't even fulfill my order of six glaze and six chocolate donuts told me I could only get four and four and then proceeded to charge me. top dollar couldn't have given me a discount because you couldn't fulfill an order or ask me the way and make fresh ones

I have never had such a joyful and positive experience at a donut place or really anywhere else. The kind server took her time to take each of our orders one by one (family of 8) and then handed each of us our orders directly with a cheerful smile. I can't recommend this place enough!

Always impressed when I pick up donuts here. The customer service is excellent, just really friendly people! The donuts are delicious (they have the best apple fritter) and the prices are very reasonable. We placed a special order for birthday donuts for my daughter about a week ago and picked them up this morning. The decoration of these birthday donuts is so good, so detailed! They iced a few characters on them from the theme of my daughter’s birthday party and shaped each donut into a letter spelling Happy Birthday. Best part is the special order of about 15 donuts was also very reasonable priced at $29. Thank you to Donut Palace 2! You helped make my daughter’s birthday party a special day.

For my daughters 4th birthday she wanted donuts instead of cake.I reached out to Donut Palace 2 only three days before the party and they were able to accommodate my request. The process was sooo easy and almost all communication was done through text. This was extremely helpful for me as a true millennial I don’t enjoy talking over the phone ?. It also allowed me to easily send pictures of our party decor to pull colors off of. Jenny was quick to respond, and easy to work with.The donuts came out better than I expected and they were a hit! Definitely considering donuts over cake for all parties now ?I would 100% recommend Donut Palace 2!
