“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “I was happy to stop in today and get stocked on some healthy meals. I think i went over board when I saw my receipt, but everything looked so good. I had to have it. I am an OTR driver and tired of all the junk food at truck stops!!! It is so easy for me to just break down and eat bad foods. I remembered minced from a year ago or so and was never able to make it back, but thank the Lord I got a load coming through rockwall!!!! It was a blessing to come in and buy some delicious food and get a few turmeric drinks. I believe I bought them out. Anyway, I don't mind spending a fortune on awesome food. The only thing I wish they did was not put sugar in the meals, and it would be nice to get sugar-free meals and desserts. That would be awesome!!!! I'm dealing with a health issue, and i have to deplete sugar altogether!!! Anyway, it was great to come in, and the girl that was working was definitely super sweet! I had a large beef Pho. The atmosphere was great, good memories from my trip to Vietnam. The first table was dirty and I had to move to a different table with no silverware. After being ignored by Karen, I had to get up to find a different table to get a fork and a spoon. I can’t complain about the price since unfortunately I am living with hillbilly’s here in Rockwall and would need to drive to Richardson for better tasting and better priced pho.“

“My friend and I just uncovered the most amazing baby shower hack! This Le Mads has a private dining room available for events with just a shockingly low minimum purchase. We held a roughly 15 person baby shower here on a Friday evening and it could NOT have gone smoother. Brian the day manager showed me the space and helped me get everything set up. Then Joshua the evening manager was wonderful upon arrival. We ordered the pesto pasta, Caesar Salade with Balsamic chicken, family fruit side & had to get the romanoff for dipping. also a pick your own bakery pack. Add a cake and everyone had plenty. The food was wonderful, fresh, presented so well. With groceries what they are, I couldn't have even made it myself for the price we paid! Outstanding customer service, everyone so friendly, and really helpful. They went above & beyond! My cohost and I are conspiring to hold all of our mom group events and parties here.
