The manager at the Wylie location on Hwy 78 gets your order wrong and she argues with you about her mess ups. She needs to be fired!!! Her favorite response is "that's what you ordered". The news media needs to be notified and investigate this disrespectful Hispanic woman. She is unfit to manage a pizza place. I'm going to share with everyone not to go to this location.

Order was placed via phone and it was not ready when I arrived. Nor could the cashier find the order. After he walked to the back of the store, he came back to tell me that it was made wrong. When I asked why it wasn't remade, I was told "it just wasn't". So I said "Now I've got to wait while my other food gets cold", to which he responded with "yep". TERRIBLE customer service.
