I showed up to pick up my pizza and I had accidentally ordered it at a restaurant over 1 1/2 hours away. Brandon came to the window when I pulled up. He could not find my order because I ordered it at the wrong location by mistake. He was so helpful and kind. There's really no place to eat in, and even though you come in to pick up your order, there's still the obligatory requirement to decide on a tip amount, or no tip at all, when queued up to pay Either I get my order and it's ready and right, or it isn't. It is VERY transactional. So I honestly don't understand how a tip request is a positive for enhancing customer relationship.
We had originally crust pizza. Hald with pinapple and half with onion and banana peppers. The crust was great. All the ingredients were great also. Freshly made. The bread sticks were good. The counter person could have used some help but the wait was not bad
