Horrible. Went through the drive through and made our order and the guy taking the order wasn’t paying any attention. We told him 3 times we wanted 2 large drinks and a sandwich made a specific way. When we got to the window I knew it was going to be wrong. Sure enough the sandwich was wrong, and only one drink was given. I go inside to get it fixed (they also charged us an extra bag of chips) and the other guy disappears for five minutes and comes back and proceeds to tell...read full review
I love this place. It is half way between my home and my daughter's home. We share the large original.
Excellent. I wish that you would stock the Mexican import drinks again.

Schlotzsky's is a clean and efficient restaurant with friendly and caring employees. The staff are always personable and seem to enjoy their jobs. The location has a convenient parking area in front and side of the building. While the wait times may be extended, the delicious flavors of the sandwiches and soups make it a worthwhile experience for those with a bit more time to spare.
