Whenever I came into this establishment, I expected nothing much. The guy at the register named Kyle, was very respectful and kind while taking my order.

Based on reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli has a mixed reputation. The food, like the Ceasar salad and sandwiches, is usually fresh and pretty good, and the service and food continue to remain great for some customers. The staff are always friendly, personable, and kind, with one employee named Yabsira noted as a very hard worker who is smiling, friendly, and patient. However, ordering food is always painfully slow, and the wait in the drive through is always very frustrating. While the Ceasar salad is great, other food can be a rip-off, with sandwiches having maybe 2 slices of meat on basically bread with barely anything else. The staff haven't been amazing but haven't been awful either. Overall, the Ceasar salad is recommended, but nothing else.
