Over a 20 minute wait for some smoothies. Then we get there and they have nothing to make hulks and the employees are trying to get ahold of the manager and he isn’t responding because he is at a graduation. Employees tell me that I will have to wait til Monday and the manager will call me. I am a regular customer at this Smootie King at the Wylie location and I know accidents happen, but this is what I found in my smootie today. They blended the spoon and little pieces of metal was in the drink. I unfortunately didn’t see it until I had drank 1/3 of it. Don’t know how many pieces of metal that’s in my body. Just left Smoothie King in Murphy Texas, which is (WAS) a daily stop for my meal replacements and I was asked numerous times to empty my pockets & double check that I did not put anything in them by Yasmine. I did of course; because I had nothing to hide since I have NEVER stole a thing in my life! Being a pharmacist who has worked in retail, I am aware people do steal, but would never call someone out or berate them if I did not see them put something in their pockets!!!...read full review

While some employees may have an attitude, overall, the restaurant provides a positive experience, making it a recommended spot for a great smoothie.
