Sitting here now and they aren’t answering the call button! Placed the order 35 mins ago for 2 kids meals! This place is slow every time! Absolutely ridiculous!

It took 30 minutes to get a two drink and fries. I had to press call button and ask for order. It came right out with cold, soggy fries. Not sure what the wait or issue is. There are fully staffed.

I used the app to order a diet dp. There appeared to be issues with the system involved in arriving to pick up. We pulled into the first stall and the app did not accept my arrival. Moved to a other stall and I was able to submit the stall number successfully. The other person in my car was not successful. Our server was extremely friendly. I noticed my drink tasted like coke and our server was eager to correct. When she returned with my drink, she confirmed that I'm the first drink delivered was indeed diet coke.
My friend's cherry limeade was delayed but eventually brought to the car.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt about a million times and I am finally done with that. Everything rises and falls on leadership and it's clear that the owner just doesn't care anymore about this place. It's always understaffed and nothing comes out in a timely manner. We have waited for 30+ minutes just for drinks before, then to have the drinks come out wrong. I am not one to leave single star reviews, but after having gone here more than 100 times. I can safely say this is a 1 star place. Avoid like the plague. Avoid the Sachse one as well. They are all terribly run by their owners. Not the employees. The employees are run ragged.
