Great coffee and GREAT customer service 😉
I want to give a shout out to this location. Today my mom got upset about the app not working, and the staff there were patient and kind. I worked 8 years of retail, so I know what it's like to have a customer get mad at you for reasons that are out of your control, but this location did a GREAT job of handling the intense situation. My baby girl Luna passed away on 06/16 💔 Her vet told us it would be her last day, so we stopped at Starbucks after her appointment to get her one last pup cup 🥺 I completely lost it knowing it would be her last one, but the staff was so incredibly kind and empathetic. They asked for her name and what toppings she liked, and made her last pup cup extra special 🐾
