THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS TOOK 20 minutes to make a drink when I went inside but when their employee comes in and she not clocked in she gets her drink fast . That is ridiculous

We were driving through Wylie and my granddaughter wanted a pink drink so I ordered online. The girl at the drive through informed me that I should have ordered it earlier I ordered it 2 minutes before showing up it should’ve been 6 to 8 minutes. I told her that it was a last minute thing with my granddaughter and that I don’t feel that’s the best thing to say to your customer informed me that it was policy to their customers. They need to order so that they have more time

Not sure what is going on with Starbucks lately but I think I'm completely done coming here. One location will let me order what I want...while a different location will refuse or try to overcharge me. It's so irritating and makes no sense at all. Going to start spending my money at Dutch Bros from now on. ✌️

i hate leaving bad reviews but I have to for this location. They have zero sense of time. I always place mobile orders thru them a good 10+min in advanced because I know they will in fact take their time. But today was the last straw for me because why did i have to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order ?! A lot of them also have verrryyyyy bad attitudes. For example last time I came and got the lavender oat milk, the lavender was literally at the bottom, and whenever I asked for a remake she straight up told me “oh it does that just stir it up” like ?? huh ?? no it doesn’t. I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I have been repeatedly let down and the manager should reallyyyy have a talk with the employees from time management to attitude to how the employees interact with the customers too. i wanted to love it here so bad but i do not😔

The gentleman told me that I couldn't order a cup of ice there anymore that I was going to have to pay for a bottle of water that's $2.50. was told his GM was in the restroom how rude of him it is 90 some degrees out here and you telling me I cannot order a cup of ice very bad service
