Went this morning and ordered a white hot chocolate and they gave me a white hot chocolate mocha so I get off to tell them they gave me the wrong thing. I said I wanted a white hot chocolate. Guess what they gave me again same wrong drink.

I was expecting this location to have a bathroom(I was traveling and needed to use the bathroom) there was no lounge area and no bathroom. It was just a counter with a pick-up station.

I just had the weirdest experience at Starbucks. I ordered a regular grande black coffee, and the barista, Ash, tried to charge me $5.41. I was shocked and said, ‘Wow, the prices went up that much? It used to be around $3.’ She replied, ‘Yeah, it went up from 3-something to 5-something.’ As a former Starbucks partner, I know the prices, but I still thought maybe they had increased that much.
However, as soon as I left the store, I checked their website, and the price for a grande black coffee is $3.41. I have no idea what she was thinking or why this happened, but it’s totally unacceptable.

Very fast efficient and friendly place. It’s where I go when I want Starbucks. I only wish it was more consistent. When you’re spending your lunch money on coffee you want it the same EVERYTIME. If there is no one there that can make foam, don’t charge for it. I have found this location to be better than the rest but still hit and miss on the drink itself

Starbucks in general, the drinks are starting to be very watery and just their chases not the way it used to be. I think that time has changed a lot. Maybe they’re just not interested in making Great Starbucks coffee anymore.

I pulled up to the drive thru before closing but no one would come to the intercom. I pulled around to the window, but the employee motioned that they were closed. It was before their 9 pm closing time. I tried to explain that I had been waiting to order but no one would talk to me, they would not open the window and just walked away.

I used to go here frequently, a few times a week. The redesign is so off-putting I haven't been back to this or any other Starbucks since. It's not a coffee shop anymore, it's a conveyor belt
Used to frequent this location often prior to their less than customer centric renovation. No more inside seating, no more menus, and really slow customer service.

The new renovations are AWFUL. There's no seating, no menu, and nobody was even at the counter. The bakery items are no longer on display, cups and tumblers aren't on display either, and nobody was even at the front counter, nor was there a bell to request someone's assistance. It is no longer walk in friendly. ???
