It’s Subway, you know what you are getting. My issue - the workers. Theyre not friendly. We didnt say “the 6in special” when ordering, but were specifically ordering that meal. The guy asked “are you wanting the special?” And his coworker shamed him in Spanish saying “do not inform people of the special. Let them order at regular price.” It was VERY awkward and the guy just rolled his eyes. When I said, “ yes, the special” she just glared at everyone like we were stealing her own money or something. I will be going one street over to Jimmy Johns from now on. Better, faster service, with nice employees who actually greet you and want you to have the best choice, price, and experience. Bye bye Subway.

Subway in Wylie is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure my orders are correct. I especially appreciate that my pickup orders are ready when I arrive, which makes things so convenient. Consistently good service and fresh sandwiches—definitely one of my go-to spots!

I have tried to understand why the ladies here don’t speak English and are taking and preparing orders that they don’t understand a word being said they just shake their heads. I order online and they still DO NOT FOLLOW INSTUCTIONS OR READ THEM!!!! They are too busy have a attitude because they don’t understand what you’re saying but this is their issue and the company as well. The service here is very pathetic.

This subway is terrible. Unlike any other subway for some reason. You online order and there’s issue after issue processing the order and you end up giving up trying to submit an online order and don’t end up eating there. You decide to go several weeks later in person. You walk in and the first thing the lady says is their registers are down and they cannot take any orders. She was already clearing up emptying all the food out of the fridge, etc ready to go home. If there’s a consistent issue with online services and your registers you need to do more to ensure this is fixed for customers and stays fixed long term or people will stop going to this location as they should.

They restricted my lettuce on a veggie sandwhich.......he put a tiny bit on and when I asked for more he told me no.
The Meal of the Day is $6.99 Subtotal, the employee couldn’t understand she was charging me more and couldn’t adjust the price point. Then, I ask for 1 Oatmeal Cookie & 1 Chocolate Chip, she gives me 2 Chocolate Chip! The employee was so rude and kept making excuses for her actions. The most substandard service I have ever had! Please hire someone who can handle doing a simple job!!!
Just did an online order, went to pick up my food got home to eat it. And it is made wrong, if you can’t read or speak English you should not work in fast food.

I went in there on my lunch break and asked for a 6inch tuna with out the bread she told me she had to put it in a drinking cup, i asked her if she could put it in the salad bowl as i will be adding things to it she told me no i asked why not and she said she would have to charge me for sandwich and a whole salad if i wanted to use the bowl. I said that's not right if i just don't want the bread, you want to charge me $8.00 for a bowl she said yes. I will never be back and they need to find new employees who give a crap...
We used to go to subway almost weekly. However, after they covered the meat we decided not go as often and haven't been here for months. We missed Subway so we decided to get some. Soon as I walked in and saw the meet section was covered I regretted coming, however I had promised my wife and the kids so I got three foot-long sandwiches one for the wife, one for me, and one for the two kids (6 inch each). The meet is half of what it was HALF on top of that the price has gone up significantly. I paid $45 for three sandwiched and four sodas with half the meat. Absolutely disappointing.

today my daughter and her friend went into subway today and they were waiting for there food and these two employees were laughing and staring at them and speaking in another language. one of the workers who was a male around 40-50 ish asked my daughter how old she was and then pointed to his lips saying something she couldn’ understand what he said but at that point was very uncomfortable. lucky my husband walked in as they were about to leave. these employees are very unprofessional and what they did was inappropriate. i will never come back.

I was standing there waiting for 15 minutes with nobody else in the store and the guy just stood in front of me on his phone the whole time, and didn’t say a word or bother to say “one second” or “how can I help you”. Head was straight down buried in his phone with his AirPods in, and he looked at me several times and knew I was there….

Customer service is awful. The lady working the counter was talking on her phone in Spanish the entire time the line was being served. I ordered a pickup order and she said I can wait bc other orders were before mine. I was 7min early. Then she was like, you can just wait. So sorry I'm here and your too busy talking on your phone than to do orders! Whatever. This place is really going down hill.

Ordered 2 tuna footlong sandwiches, he gave us 2 bacon sandwiches. I am a Muslim and they made me eat pork. I got very furious. When we get back there to get my replacement the owner told my friend to shut up with his hand. Very rude and impotent. No offering a refund or even anything extra to make up for their mistake either!
