Man hate to give a bad review but our wataburger has really fell off missing items went back got one of the missing items gravy half empty and will not eat it has some nasty looking stuff floating on top didn't eat any of it felt like it was unsafe

Waited forever in the drive thru, they repeated my order 4 tubes and still got it wing in the bag.

Both the service and the food are terrible at this whataburger. My food is wrong more than it's right. They've forgot to put meat on my burger not just once but multiple times. Seriously?!?!?!
I keep telling myself I'm done with this place and end up giving it a shot after a while because it's close. After tonight however, I think I'll just drive to Murphy and act like this location doesn't exist. I waited more than 20 minutes for my food in the curbside lane. Finally went in and waited another 10 minutes at the counter. My food was just sitting there. I asked how long it had been sitting and was told "Quite a while". I asked what was up with that, why wasn't anyone bringing it out and he said "I don't know sir, I can't help you". And that generally sums up the service here. They are super rude and basically put off a screw you for coming here vibe.

Stopped for lunch today. Service was quick and customer service was nice. Tables where clean and nothing wrong with our order. Overall, a clean location and a good visit for lunch with my kids as a treat.
Kid-friendliness: They a kid menu with hamburger,nuggets, and grilled cheese as an option.
