About De Pasada
De Pasada Reviews
There is a great variety of dishes on the menu from different South American countries. That is fun. Portions are generous. Flavoring mostly from the sauces. Only complaint is the height of the table and chairs. Our feet did not touch the ground.
Food and service are on point!!
Great food and great service. My only complaint was the uncomfortable chairs. I'll go back.
De Pasada offers a great variety of dishes from different South American countries. Portions are generous, and the flavoring mostly comes from the sauces. The place is well decorated, neat, and clean. Service is excellent and top notch. Food is cooked to order, fresh, and delicious. The menu may scare those who have never eaten Latin American cuisine, but they will accommodate. They serve 3 kinds of salsa with chips, fresh homemade tortillas, specialty deserts, and Ice cream. The mixed fajitas plate and the Carne guisada plate are fresh with plenty. The carne guisada is excellent, with meat cooked just right. The Quesabirria tacos are excellent. The Mango fruit drink and agua fresca are good and refreshing. The soup is comforting and loaded with fresh ingredients, while the pupusas with slaw and homemade salsa had bursts of flavor in every bite. The sweet plantains are very good too. Everything is packed with flavor and filling. The right price point. One complaint is the height of the table and chairs. Another is that a solicitor from a protestant church was allowed to try selling banana bread while waiting for food.
