I travel this area often. Food is always fresh and hot. Customer service is great. Ordering and the lady couldn’t hear me. She came out to the car to get my order. I won’t eat at my local Sonic. Food always seems pre cooked and barely warm. Yoakum Sonic takes the time to cook your order.

Why is y’all’s app never on? And if I order through the speaker stuff gets left out? It was going so great with the app for a while and now you just turn it off every day. I know it can be turned back on too because we’ve had to do that when calling to ask.

I normally use my Sonic app before I show up. App was having problems. Someone had to come out to help me place my order. Then when I made a change to my order it all got hung up again. I just wanted to drive off! The person came back out and helped me get the order right. Very nice. Too bad they couldn't have just taken my order with my App discount because I had no time to enjoy my food because I had to get back to work.
