There was a hair in our food, also we sent a plate back and it still wasn’t cooked how we’d asked. Our server was incredibly kind and helpful unfortunately the kitchen was such a massive let down

We had an excellent meal at Black Bear Diner in American Fork! The food was delicious, hearty comfort food with generous portions.

The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service from our server, Makiah. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the entire dining experience enjoyable and smooth.

If you're looking for great diner food and service that truly goes above and beyond, we highly recommend this location.

Great experience, huge portions even on the smaller plates section, and delightful service and conversation with our server, robin. We will be in this area for a couple more days and hope to stop by for one more breakfast to see robin again. My two teenage daughters loved her charm and sweet conversation.

I have been coming to this diner for years. Lots of times we sit at the bar. Robyn has been my Server many many times. She’s very quick very warm hearted and attentive. Making sure we get everything we need. We love her!

Me and my husband we are been going to the same BBD just for our favorite waitress Robin, she’s the most amazing, kind and caring person that ever served us, the experience we have with her is out of this world, if somebody ever said something bad about her, they are wrong cus she’s an angel! she’s been there for us and it’s literally the only reason why our experience in this restaurant is a 100/10, we love you robin !! 🫶🏻

Pretty good food. Overpriced on some things, 1tbs of cheese 1.00! But good overall

Robin is a great waitress! Very helpful and took care of our needs before we knew we had them. The food was great too, hats off to the chefs!

Great dining experience! Robin was an excellent server. Definitely will come again.
