Robin was a wonderful waitress! She was always two steps ahead of my wife and I and is super kind! She definitely deserves recognition and a raise!

Robin was absolutely wonderful! She made our visit to Black Bear so memorable with her funny personality and sweet, genuine care. She kept us laughing the whole time while still being incredibly attentive to our table’s needs. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel like family while also providing top-notch service, but Robin does just that. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your waitress, you’re in for a great experience!

We bought our order to go, and for the most part, it was great. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, but didn't have enough gravy for those huge biscuits.

The people were friendly and really lovely to speak with while I waited for them to finish my order. But the place had a weird smell to it. I couldn't put my finger on what it was, but it wasn't pleasant. It was definitely not a cooking smell, either. It was just a foul odor.

Tasty American food with breakfast served all day long. Try the thick bacon and take home a delicious pastry for later.

Came for the all you can eat fish, it was ok, very bland. I might add it was 6pm on Friday night and only employees were there

We like coming here, it reminds me of Alaska. Good food that is a decent size for price. Our server was kind and funny, she gave us some crayons since my husband and I were being silly. When the tables around us were done though she started asking each one for a tip and mentioning she only gets $2 an hour, which is sad, especially for how much they charge. I can understand it must be frustrating but it made everyone uncomfortable, including us, as we left. I also didn't ask about my food sensitivity and regretted that, but it's could have been something else.

With the way the servers act, they must not be making $2 an hour because it’s like they don’t even care to get a tip or know that tips are not a guarantee but a reflection of their service. We’ve been to this location many times, I’ve given many opportunities, but it hasn’t improved in a year. Drove from Spanish Fork to meet up with family, will drive to Draper next time.

We have been coming to the American Fork UT Black Bear location since it opened. We have always received exceptional service from our favorite waitress Robin. Her service is the reason we bring our family along with the great food! Thank you Robin and thank you Black Bear!

Robin is honestly the best server I’ve ever had. She was so attentive and personable. The entire experience was amazing thanks to her and the good food.

Our breakfast was good. The biscuit is too dry for my taste but overall a solid breakfast
