Carynne is great. She took good care of us while we ate. The food was yummy (I’d recommend their Denver Omelette and biscuits and gravy), and it was served quite promptly. The pancakes are so big here! ?

There’s this one server named Robin and we had her a couple of times and she’s honestly the best part about that whole restaurant. She works so hard and we just barely ate there for breakfast and she serving 15 other tables by herself and there’s this other guy that also works there, we don’t know if he’s the General manager or whatever. But he’s telling Robin to hurry with serving her tables but he couldn’t even lend a hand and help her. We love black bear diner and we love her service, so it’s a 10/10 for us.

Robin is the best server we’ve had this year! Friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing and just a great person. We hope to see her again the next time we go to black bear diner! Food was amazing especially the pumpkin spice pancakes, so delicious! Oh yeah and the freshly squeezed orange juice also delicious!
An excellent place to eat. Large portions at a value price. Perfectly cooked meals, ready quickly. Smiling and courteous staff. Very knowledgeable on every menu item. Robin was great. She was very nice and prompt. She gave enough conversation to make us feel welcomed. She did everything great. Even when she got me the wrong drink. She took accountability and got me the right drink right away.

It took them 1 hour to serve us, and when the food finally arrived it was cold. The waitress wasn’t very good. She only helped to take our order, deliver our food, and when she brought the bill.

This was by far one of my favorite experiences at Black Bear ? tonight. The hostess, Heather, was so kind and friendly. She treated us like a family friend. Beyond grateful for our server, Makiah. She goes above and beyond to remember our faces and what we order. She is so fantastic in every way. The chef Gustavo & Rames, who prepared our food, did an outstanding job. Everything tasted amazing. We absolutely love eating here. Kids actually eat their food, and everyone treats us so well. Best Black Bear location, hands down.
