The Arby's in American Fork provided me with excellent customer service. The restaurant had my food prepared as soon as I arrived, no waiting. The restaurant is also very neat and clean when I arrived. They have great food that is well worth the price.

This should be a 4 but the service was amazing so it’s getting 5 stars. I walked in and was immediately helped which is rare for an arby’s then had some coupons that the workers helped me use unlike other arby’s who blow you off. There is a reason this is one of the last standing arby’s in utah and it is because there workers speak english and care about the service. I am impressed i recommend for sure.

I've been disappointed in Arby's lately. We had almost completely given up on them. But I gave this location a try and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything we ordered tasted like the Arby's we remember from the good old days! The meat wasn't rubbery and full of fat and gristle. Thank for seeming to still care about what you are doing! Also the drive-thru attendant was actually smiling!
