Arby's offers great service with friendly staff like Theran. However, there were some issues with missing items in the order, which were not noticed until getting back home. Despite this, the OG crispy chicken sandwich was delicious and satisfying, along with hot and fresh curly fries. The crew was described as fantastic, patient, and friendly. Overall, even after a long time of not visiting due to dislike for roast beef, the experience was positive with good food and service.
