The person taking the order was not friendly. I ordered a large meal and got a regular. I ordered 2 french dips but didn't get any broth. The french fries seemed like they were sitting a long time, I couldn't eat them. The ice tea had no ice and was warm. I usually like Arby's, but will avoid this one.

My family loves Arbys especially arby sauce. We swung by the AF location after my daughters soccer game to order the classic roastbeefs. At the window we asked our teller, Matthew, for a handful of our favorite Arbys sauce. He responded with "I will give you what I am allowed". We dismissed it as a quarky funny answer and didn't think much of it. We got 5 sandwiches and 2 large curly fries and a grand total of 6 sauce packets... thinking this was odd I ran in to grab a few more. The lady at the front desk was getting ready to grab me some when Matthew intrupted saying "I gave you what I could" then tossed 2 more packets on the counter. For a place that sells $4 sandwiches I am pretty sure they can afford to give me a few extra packets of their signature sauce! Won't be going back to this location.

Went there with my friend and asked for a roast beef sandwich with Arby’s sauce and we pulled up to the window and got our food and pulled away and realized that they forgot the Arby’s sauce. P.S. the server was nice.

Don't go to this location. Notoriously understaffed. Drive-Thru takes forever, I've had to just drive away because I waited for a half hour.

Very good service. The guy that took our order was Theran. He a very nice and sweet guy. I hope next time I come I'll get good service just like how Theran gave me today.

Took awhile at the window to order, which was fine. But I donated to a cause, was supposed to receive fries and cheese sauce, also ordered 2 Sliders and only received one! There was No one in the restaurant and only one person behind me. So it was not busy! Didn't know things were missing until I got back home. I should know better than to leave the window until I count all items(shouldn't have to, especially on a slow day) only $3-$4 dollars but it's the idea. I did have 2 little girls I bought Sliders for!!! Ugh. Not the first time this has happened there, but I usually catch it!

I haven't been to an Arby's in about 20 years because I haaaaaaaaaate roast beef. I know logically they have more than just roast beef sandwiches but trying to convince myself of that is difficult.Regardless, the OG crispy chicken sandwich was delicious, hot, and hit all my crönchy needs. The curly fries were also hot and fresh. The crew was fantastic, patient and friendly AF.

The drive-through employee was great.They gave me the wrong fries. I walked in to exchange them. That was no problem. I got back on the road and took one bite..."what the freak?"The cheese was old. It had oil on it because it was so old. Look at the cheese and the top of the bun.It was cold as well...I look forward to their fish sandwiches.I'm not sure anymore.

Whoever the manager of this Arby’s is a gem! Now I understand this is a fast food joint and my expectations are as such. With that being said, the manager took our order from the drive through and was immediately upset when he started taking our order. He was very short and rude in general. Again, par for the course at a fast food drive through. This is when it got interesting. We ordered a large lemonade and when he handed it to us it looked a little smaller then your average large drink, so I simple asked if this was a large. He snapped “yeah it is” and went to shut the window. It didn’t shut all the way before he started cussing about my wife and I to the other employees. So in short, go ANYWHERE ELSE.
