Would be zero stars if I could. I was served cold coffee in the drive thru... I ordered black coffee with half and half, what I thought was a simple order. When I went inside to get a new cup, the girl working was just going to reheat it because they "didn't have anymore" coffee. Apparently brewing more wasn't an option. Don't bother with this place!

Well, I tipped (never tip until service is received!!!) they forgot our order and then messed it up, by that point I wasn’t going to mention it. Shop was clean, but cold, and staff friendly, shame the service was not there.

We love this location!! We live in Eagle mountain but will always drive here to get our coffee fix! The service is fast and the coffee is always great! Emerson is our favorite barista, he’s so kind and always on top of it!! We love beans and brews!!

Immediately upon walking into Beans and Brews I was greeted by Mercedes and she was very friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time making up my mind and she offered me some suggestions for my food and my drink, which I thought was very nice.
She really made me feel welcome and was very attentive.
Overall, Mercedes customer service was exceptional. I’ll definitely will be coming back!!

They always round up the total without telling you, if you dont tip they take 10min to give you your order, if you only tip $1 they mess up your order. This is the LAST time Im coming to this location.

Can you please please please put stoppers in your to go hot orders? Delivery always shows up with a coffee all over the cup and 1/4 gone. Also the mister bees is missing the white cocoa

My card declined. Just had to transfer some money since they couldn't break a $50. No big deal, just takes a minute on my banking app. But then they waved me off, said they'd cover me this time. It's been a long time since I've seen such kind people! Do not, for the love of god, take advantage of these people, but wow. Just so impressed. Made my day.
