Beans & Brews Coffee House

The customer service is very lacking, There are only two baristas who will be friendly and most the time when the drive through window opens they just bark the total and pretty much throw the coffee out the window after the transaction. It doesn't take a lot to say a few words of kindness. I have been a long term customer if Beans and Brews for many years but I don't want to spend my money where I feel very unwelcome

I tried out this coffee place for the first time this week, and I was not disappointed at all! The service here was amazing and Chloe made my coffee wonderful, and she was so sweet and professional. I will definitely be coming here more often!

I have been so impressed with this location of Beans and Brews. I go there to work on homework several days a week. The baristas are always so friendly and helpful. Chloe and Emerson have been so great. It is always so clean, the tables and floors are clean, my food is made so fast and is nice and hot! I especially love the turkey panini pesto sandwich, the avocado toast and the chai latte. While I'm in there working on school, they always are so kind and friendly to the other guests as well. Best coffee place ever. ❤️☕

I’ve started going to Dutch because they open at 0500, and the Baristas are on time and happy to serve you with a smile and friendly conversation

I had the best person help me this morning truly amazing customer service like 100% on everything getting up to do my rounds in my dentist office for sure made my day better to start off with someone so positive and upbeat most of the time people sound dead but he was just upbeat and was awesome his name was EMELSON

Walked in at about 2:15 on a Sunday to not a single person behind the counter. Waited around for about 5 full minutes and nothing.

Coffee is great! Came from Cali and will be back when in town.
