We visited for our first time today. Ordered Lava flow and loved it! The nice lady on shift, alone, was making all 3 of our drinks at the same time. One was made incorrect so she made it again but let us keep the wrong drink as well. I thought that was excellent service and appreciated her work to serve us the best quality drink. We loved our first experience and are eager to return.
The customer service is always good here. The boba and drinks here are usually good, although it really depends on the person who's making it. I've been getting Italian sodas recently and this one guy makes them pretty mid but this one blonde girl makes them great. I just went in a few minutes ago and they were out of cream so I ended up getting a juice but the boba tasted undercooked or something. It was just not good and the only good part was the juice but the girl...
