Most of the food is great. But they took away the best soup, roasted red pepper lobster. The chicken noodle soup has been WAY too salty the last 2 times we tried it. Couldn't eat it.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the food at Zupas, but this time it was an unsettling experience. What looked to be the “manager” maybe not, was yelling at a girl saying things like “I told you to get the soups ready, I want to slap you”. Now I don’t know if I heard that 100% correctly or if they were kidding around, but the other workers seemed very nervous and concerned about the situation. I Feel bad for these employees.

Everytime I order from this loaction they screw up the most obvious order ever. This time I order the new fall Bacon grilled cheese. What do you think they left off of it? The only thing on it was cheese and some kind of spread. No fig, no apple, no onion....just spread and cheese....you have to be top notch to leave out 3 of the only main ingredients of one sandwich.
