Got food, sat down, ate a some of my salad and 1/2 my sandwich, got up to get more food and I came back and all of my food was gone and thrown away. Took my wallet to lost and found. Got my wallet and told them and they acted like it was no big deal. And just said sorry and handed me my wallet because it was the end of the night. Needless to say I’m pretty upset after spending 30 dollars and another 45 dollars for my wife and her mom for dinner that my food got chucked and I was just disregarded

Service was phenomenal as usual. I’m just mad because I already dislike the food here very strongly and they got rid of the two menu items I used to order. Kneaders is way better and way more worth your money, even if the service isn’t as good.
Came in to pick up online order AFTER the promised time. Went to the pickup register. Three men who appeared to be managers ignored me for 2-3 minutes. Finally one greeted me, but we still had to wait several minutes more for food to be ready.

My daughter and mother went & grabbed some takeout and they found a long piece of hair in the soup they had ordered. Didn’t offer to give them a refund and told them was nothing they could do about it. Will contact the health department about this. Unprofessional and horrible customer service.
I went to zupas after a long day of work and there was the nicest young man that was the first person I interacted with. Turns out, he had already worked 12 hours today, but was still the most jovial and friendly and super awesome at his customer service! There are so many young people that just don't do good customer service these days and it made me so happy to run into him and his joy that he admitted. It made my long day and so much better! He definitely needs a promotion and a raise ?
