The restaurant venue is very nice and the service was so great, but my brisket wasn’t ever fully cooked even after I sent it back to be cooked again. I can’t be eating raw brisket 😢 the spices and vegetables of the pho were delicioso 😋

I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it - so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. We dream about these spring rolls. So delicious. Rice paper wrapper with thin rice noodles and lettuce and cucumber, thinly sliced and shredded carrot in an incredible sauce with a bit of a kick, but not too much. We tried the cane juice and learned that it includes a bit of coconut water and another ingredient. We agreed it has a bit of a flavor like crushed Froot Loops. We added Boba to ours.
