I think it's the only fast food place I know where the drive thru line and parking need to be organized by employees due to the large number of customers. I cannot say more good things about this Chick Fil A! They are typically pretty busy, however the staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the dining area is always clean! We LOVE coming here!Kid-friendliness: They are so accommodating to children here! They have nice mats to put down on the tables, they have hand wipes, and a playground inside!
Horrible service from the owner, Dusty. They have overcharged me and only given me a half order. Went back thinking we had moved past all that and was over charged again. Complained about the over charge and hoped they would make it right. Dusty offered a cookie in place of the $7 over charge.

Spicy chicken biscuit with egg and pepperjack is the best breakfast.
I just went through the drive thru today and I come to this location often for lunch and today the employee wouldn’t give me modifications on the cool wrap (I’ve never had a problem before but he said he just couldn’t which is fine. Not the biggest issue). Then i get back to the office and they got half my order wrong. And it’s the worst feeling to look forward to that and take a lunch break then be so disappointed and not have even sauce to eat the food they did get right… so today I would say I’m pretty disappointed. USUALLY great location but I say 3 stars is fair.
I freaking love this place! Nothing beats a 12 count grilled chicken nugget meal with ranch. The tables had stuff on them, but that's my only complaint. I would have this every day if I could! Also I figured out that a guy that worked there had the same birthday as me (extra bonus)!

We use the drive-thru. The lines are always long, but they move quickly. The cars merge into one line after ordering. I really like their chicken wraps and my family enjoys the chicken sandwiches. They also have fun shake flavors for a special treat. I would say something they could improve is keeping menus with them as they move from one vehicle to the next so those who aren't familiar with the food would know what is available.

i went to get food after work i got there at 9:45 and the listed hours for closing was 10, they would serve people until the minute they close, not close early and not serve people before there are closed :)
