I always get the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. It never disappoints, and the bottomless chips and salsa really are bottomless and are worth it... especially if the chips are warm.
Best Chili's ever! Sarah was our server and she was so kind and quick to help us get our food fixed when it came with onions. She made our experience here so amazing! Wonderful location with amazing staff always.

Been going to Chili's for year's now. Customer Service seems to be very hit and miss. But for the most part, servers have been mostly good. The turnover rate is pretty high. I like to get familiar with my servers. I hope Chili's continues to improve. The trio is always great.
Best service we’ve ever had at Chili’s! Our waiter was fast and so personable. Endless tortilla chips and salsa really set Chili’s apart. My granddaughter is 16 and it’s her favorite place to nibble!

Worst dining experience we have ever had. You will think my review came from a horror movie lol. They took our order never brought our drinks or chips 15/20 minutes pass we call our waiter over and we ask for our drinks and chips and he realized he forgot us. He went and got 3 of our 4 drinks. We thought maybe he was running back to grab the 4th. Nope we did not get the fourth drink until we were leaving in a to go cup after asking multiple times. Finally bring our chips out. We got the 3 for me. They forgot our appetizer so we had to ask for that. They brought them out and they were barely warm. My brothers order was incorrect. We had been here an hour now. They said they would bring our dessert 15 minutes later. Nothing. We asked for drink refills all our drinks and water were empty not refilled once. They brought out my husbands drink and forgot mine. Again thinking he ran out of hand space. Nope he forgot. I then had to ask again for my drink from the manager. The manager brought us a free piece of pie to "make up" for the frustration and comped my brothers meal. We felt out waiter was completely avoiding our table he never walked by our table to check in we had to keep asking the manager and other employees for help. We had now been here for an hour and 40 minutes and the waiter walks up and asks if we need anything. We replied yes... the drink refill and dessert we requested 20 minutes prior... The manager was kind but did not remove the pie from our bill so we had to call them over once again to ask to have it removed. We went to add our free chips and salsa from rewards and it would not let us apply it since we had a free pie on the check. So we had to call the manager over again. After ALL OF THIS we got one meal off a bill to say sorry. A meal that was incorrect. We shouldn't have had to pay anything. I wish I could leave 0 stars. We had never felt so overlooked and smacked in the face.

I saw on tik tok a couple meals once i tried them i regretted it. my wings were cold and gross with absolutely no flavor! my sisters bacon guac burger was falling apart and bacon was so burnt it made the whole burger taste gross. fries were so salty really nothing good about the food

We had an absolutely terrible experience and called to talk with the manager about it. Brie the manager said please come back and we can try again with 2 free entrees to try to make up for it. I let her know it wouldn’t be for awhile so she said she would make sure and have a note so that when we came back it would be no issue and they would get our food. Flash forward to today when we finally decided to come back and they have no info on the “come back”. If you want to be a shitty restaurant you can but follow through on what you say. If you say come back and get 2 free entrees then follow through on that. Also the manager didn’t even come to talk to us instead just told the server to tell us. Not planning to return in the future.

We were greeted a bit slowly, however once greeted we were sad immediately the server seemed a bit distracted but she was attentive trigger order accurately and the food is amazing! I mean like truly amazing! We will definitely be returning to this location!
