Disappointed in their customer service! I placed a to go order tonight, couldn’t sign into the app to get my free chips and salsa but I have a starving student card so I figured I’d use that. Well the to go service gal wasn’t very happy to begin with. She had to check with a manager to see if they could use the starving student card. Which now I know that it has to be used in store. But with miss communication I thought they were still going to give me a free chips and salsa (not too much off their hands right?) especially when I tipped too! Well, no I was wrong all around. It’s easier for them to make a fuss. Krystal was not a very helpful manager at all. Not from Utah County but definitely wouldn’t have come back here if I had the chance. :(

Went for lunch today with husband. Food was good and the price was good. Problem was our waiter. He started out ok but then totally forgot about us once we got our food. I could see him in the back room behind a window on his phone for literally like 15 minutes then didn’t see him for 5 more after that . Finally came out and checked on tables around us walking right past us . We never got refills on drinks so couldn’t finish our food. Finally had to wave him down and asked for drinks to go and a to go box. Sadly for him it cost him a tip which we do like to tip when service is attentive and good. It just really ruins your experience when you feel totally ignored. Other waiters around us seemed attentive to their tables so It just seemed to be our waiter.

I've been to this location 3 times. 2 months in between each visit. The service is always excellent, and is what kept us coming back after the first and second time. Servers are awesome, attentive and knowledgeable. However, all 3 times I've been, me and my Fiancé always get severe food poisoning. We always order different things on the menu. We don't get food sick anywhere else but this location. I'm not sure if there is something in the kitchen that needs to change or what. After this last time was really bad I've noticed a pattern and will never be returning to this location.

Feeling a little bummed with chilis lately. It took awhile to get our food but totally understand just due to it being a little busy. But we weren’t checked on when we got our food once, and with the price of things on the menu was hoping for better quality. Not gross, just not cooked to order. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out very well done and dry. And the broccoli was just raw broccoli on a plate. Not horrible. But not good sadly.

This was the day I realized chilis make my tummy hurt. I was sad. My tummy hurt. Paid too much for a beverage. Coke Zero was included on the 3 for me. If they get rid of $11 meal I will never go back unless my girlfriends dad pays for dinner

Every time we come in it's always good quality and great service. Chili's has been doing what most chain restaurants should have been doing to stay more relevant. This location is always super consistent for us and it's a frequent dinner spot for us.

We had the BEST experience here. From the start I made a mistake counting how many were in our party and Liric helped us find a table and was so amazing to us!
Then our waiter Dylan was the best waiter I’ve EVER HAD. He crushed it in every aspect, got our food out to us quick and hot and it was delicious! Also helped us get plenty of drinks, I never went thirsty. He was so kind and got us exactly what we needed.
Will definitely be back and hope to see Liric and Dylan so we can have a 12/10 experience again🙌🏼
