I went here for lunch today and had an AMAZING time! Our waiter was super nice and attentive. Our food came out super fast and everything was extremely clean. The only problem is that me and my boyfriend immediately got food poisoning from either the ranch or fries and had to go home quickly after :/

They were so quick! Like we seriously ordered and within 10 minutes had our meal. The food was pretty good too. Our waiter (i don’t remember his name sadly) was great and very attentive. We got chips and salsa to go and he gave us a huge to go bowl of salsa! Probably one of the best chilis experiences my husband and i have had in awhile. We usually go to the one in Orem but i think we’ll start going to this location more often!

I ordered to go and this was my go to place for a good 7+ years, and I fully acknowledge that this could have just been an off day for them, but I ordered online and I go their and usually when ordering to go you have to check in, so I waited, and I saw this guy come in and out of the to go area several times staff was right next to the door. I thought maybe they’re busy so I’ll wait. Eventually the guy popping in and out takes out some sort of order acknowledges my presences and without saying a word leaves, so I’m just waiting so more until another guy comes and just comes and grabs his, so since I already paid for mine I just go and do the same.
Now obviously maybe this is just normal and I’m reading into it a bit too much but I felt like I was ignored and it was mildly frustrating.
Still I love the food and if you like savory ribs, Fries, and burgers I still recommend this place

Nick is the absolute GOAT. Do yourself a favor, beg your host to have him be your waiter. We go here every third Friday and we always call ahead of time to make sure we get our guy. The dude even has my order memorized and knows the names of most of my friends

It was a fun time at Chili's. We stopped on the way home from an event. We got exactly what we ordered and it all came out hot and fresh. Our waiter was terrific and even though he got a little busy at the end, he still stayed on top of his game. He even brought us a refill of chips and salsa to take home. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
