They are unreliable. Twice in a row, we have ordered delivery, and it has never arrived (no confirmation of delivery either). When we have tried to call the store to fix the problem, the number either wouldn't work or the answering machine hung up before we could leave a message.
Chip is our favorite! The cookies are delicious and the customer service is always great!
My daughter and I went on a quest for the best cookie.
