“This is by far the best Crumbl location I’ve been to. We came right before close the other day and the owner was working. Although they were out of a couple flavors, they took care of us by giving us a discount + free cookies to make up for the shortage. Cookies were delicious. A+ service“

The bread is the best sourdough I’ve had, and I’ve tried a lot. It has the perfect crust on the outside but is so soft and chewy on the inside. I also love the variety of flavors. “Memo's bakery pan dulce is great! I wouldn't buy pan dulce anywhere else. However... I recently bought a tres leches cake here and it was meh. It was not moist evenly, some parts were dry. There's one other place that makes better tres leches cake (I will not mention where), and they write happy birthday on it with actual ingredients on the spot, instead of just putting a happy birthday sign. If Memo's is going to charge 40+ dollars for an average size cake, and wants to compete, they need to step it up. Pan dulce though, hands down the best here.“

Cristina made the most delicious treats, and my husband said they were exactly like what you would get in Portugal! “We love this baker! He does a monthly online mystery box that is the greatest!! You know 2 items and then the other 2 are a mystery until you open the box. We love it!
Last month one of the items was a Passion Fruit Peach Swirl cheesecake. Easily 5+ stars. Loved it!

He also did the wedding cake for my daughter and it was exactly what she wanted. We’ve tried other of his confections and they don’t disappoint.

I have had to eat gluten free for almost 10 years now due to having Hashimoto's, and while I have learned to adapt and make the best of what I can have, I have truly missed healthy, homemade, REAL bread.Because I read some people with Hashimoto's have found success in eating this bread and not having a negative reaction, I decided to give it a try. I tried the classic sourdough, the dark bread, and the honey wheat. They are all wonderful! I especially enjoy them toasted with butter and homemade strawberry jam.I personally had no adverse reaction, and plan to take the online baking class in the future to learn how to make/bake this recipe and teach my children, (and one day grandchildren) and make memories with them!Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your wonderful recipes and bread baking magical powers! The service has always been quick. The only reason I’m doing 4 stars and it 5 is, I had a free pretzel during my birthday month and it hadn’t expired yet. Sonia was the employee that helped me and my code wasn’t scanning and she didn’t honor it even though it was still good. It was probably a problem on their end and she was rude and didn’t care.“
