“For the love of God, please make Thin Salted Toffee Chip permanent. It could honestly replace the original chocolate chip cookie you have. This is the best cookie of the week…ever. The Thin Salted Toffee Chip reminds me of my childhood. I am being very serious. BTW, the sugar cookie tastes like heaven too.“

“Today I called in an order to ship to my son. The employee that answered the phone took her time to walk me through the whole process and get me set up so that I can do further orders online. I really appreciate it the fact that she took her time and didn’t feel like we had a rush in order for her to get to a different task. Awesome customer service today.“

“Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀“

“Have you ever eaten something and it takes you back to that moment when your grandmother spent the entire day with you, baking, sharing stories, making memories, bonding through creating nourishing and healthy baked foods together?Well, this bread did that for me. I have had to eat gluten free for almost 10 years now due to having Hashimoto's, and while I have learned to adapt and make the best of what I can have, I have truly missed healthy, homemade, REAL bread.Because I read some people with Hashimoto's have found success in eating this bread and not having a negative reaction, I decided to give it a try. I tried the classic sourdough, the dark bread, and the honey wheat. They are all wonderful! I especially enjoy them toasted with butter and homemade strawberry jam.I personally had no adverse reaction, and plan to take the online baking class in the future to learn how to make/bake this recipe and teach my children, (and one day grandchildren) and make memories with them!Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your wonderful recipes and bread baking magical powers! I'm beyond excited to have access to healthy, REAL bread in my life again!!“

“I live about 30 minutes away from Ambrosial and I make trips to Provo just to come here! Everything I've eaten is incredible! I also try gluten-free bakeries everywhere I travel around the world and this is by far one of the best I have been to!“
